House Cleaning Service

Great first experience! House was deep cleaned. The tile in my house has never looked so good. Staff was kind and professional. Thanks to Kaleigh, Presley, Abby, and Kelsey.

Coastline was a fabulous service. When we first reached out, they were in the midst of training new staff, so quickly accommodate us. They managed our expectations well, were transparent and clear. Once we got going, they explained their process and pricing well, their scheduler was responsive and helpful, the people who showed up for cleanings were professional and conscientious, and did good work. We only needed the service for six months or so, but would happily use them again and recommend them to others.

Coastline Cleaning always does a fabulous job! Sidney and Kaleigh are lovely to have in our home. They are friendly, thoughtful, and very thorough. We are delighted with their care and attention to detail.

I'm editing my initial review so I can post an update after getting my first "regular" cleaning after the initial deep cleaning a few weeks ago. (Read first review further down.). Presley came to clean this morning and I am absolutely delighted with the job she did. Presley was punctual, friendly, and got right to work. She did a FANTASTIC JOB! It's hard to believe that she could top the wonderful job that the initial cleaning crew did, but the house sparkles! Presley was like a white tornado- she did a thorough cleaning, worked quickly and effectively, is very professional and really pleasant and friendly. I hope she will be my regular cleaner! [First/initial review:] Coastline Cleaning sent a great crew to do an initial deep cleaning of our house this morning. Casey, Sidney, and Kayleigh worked quickly and thoroughly to scrub the place top to bottom, and were pleasant and professional to boot. I don't think the floors have ever been this clean, and the shoe matt trays in the entryway look like they're new (I've never gotten them to look that nice!). They did a great job in every room they cleaned. Definitely am happy with them. After bad experiences with house cleaners in the past, I'd about given up on finding someone who was both reliable and would do a good job. I'm glad tried one more time. This is my first experience with Coastline Cleaning, and I look forward to having them clean regularly going forward.

Communication, scheduling ease, and professionalism are all very important to me when it comes to a house cleaning service and Coastline Cleaning checks all the boxes! Nic was very personable and detail-oriented at the initial walkthrough. I was so pleased they were able to accommodate my short timeline request - they had a cleaner here the next day! We later setup the full-house deep clean and we couldn’t have been happier with the job they did. Areas of the home I didn’t notice before shined like it was brand new. Our old shower doors looked new and our floors were the cleanest I’ve ever seen them. Thanks Coastline Cleaning!
